Child Safety Standards

1. Scope

These Child Safety Standards apply to the InkiMinki app (“InkiMinki”) operated by AGEH Technology LLP (“we”, “us”, “our”). InkiMinki is a dating/social platform intended for adults (18+).

2. Zero Tolerance for CSAE / CSAM

We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for any content or behavior involving child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) or child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This includes (but is not limited to) grooming, sextortion, trafficking, sexualization of minors, solicitation of minors, or any attempt to exploit or endanger a child.

3. Prohibited Content & Behavior

• Any CSAE/CSAM or content depicting, promoting, or enabling sexual exploitation of minors.
• Requests for sexual content involving minors or “age-play” involving minors.
• Grooming behavior, coercion, threats, or blackmail (including sextortion).
• Sharing personal contact info with minors or attempting to move minors off-platform.
• Impersonation of a minor or misrepresenting age to access the platform.

4. In-App Reporting & User Feedback

Users can report profiles, messages, and other content directly inside the InkiMinki app using the Report option (for example from profile menus or chat actions). Reports are reviewed and appropriate enforcement action is taken.

5. Enforcement Actions

Depending on severity and evidence, we may take actions such as:

• Removing content and restricting features
• Temporary suspension or permanent termination of accounts
• Device/account blocking where applicable
• Preserving relevant information for investigation and legal compliance

6. CSAM Handling & Legal Compliance

If we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM/CSAE-related activity, we take appropriate steps which may include: removing content, disabling accounts, preserving relevant logs/content where legally permitted, and reporting to relevant authorities as required by applicable laws and regulations.

7. Age Restriction

InkiMinki is intended for adults only (18+). We do not allow minors to use the platform. We may take action on accounts suspected of being under 18 or misrepresenting age.
